I have been making and crafting as long as I can remember. My earliest memory of sewing is when I was 17 and my mother had bought me a treadle Singer sewing machine. A bright yellow skirt was the result.
Before that around the age of 5, I remember my mother handing me some bamboo knitting needles and yarn; then later a crochet needle with fabric made from sisal!
Since then I have sewn, knitted, and crocheted. My knitting and crochet avenues continue as hobbies; and I once featured on Brenda Dayne’s Cast On podcast. You can find my knitting & Crochet adventures on Ravelry and my knitting blog KnitPlosion.
My sewing avenue has led me down a different path. This has now consolidated into its business form as a result of my search for dresses that were ‘just so’ for my girls. Thus Little Threads was born. So here you have a sample of those ‘just so’ garments and accessories for your precious ones, from Little Threads.
